SIGNIFICANT PROJECTS - PIPELINE
Kinder Morgan Inc. - Beaver River Fabrication & Crossing

Kinder Morgan Inc. awarded A&L Underground, Inc. the upgrade of the NGPL Amarillo #2 Upgrade Project. This project consisted of 26” pipeline upgrades in Moore , Hutchinson , Hansford and Ochiltree Counties, Texas ; Beaver County , Oklahoma ; and Meade County , Kansas .

The project was broke into two phases of work 1) Fabrication and 2) On-Site Construction. The Fabrication work consisted of fabrication of all mainline valve settings, barred tees and modifications to existing pig launchers and receivers. The On-Site Construction work was dependent on completion of multiple fabrication assemblies being installed within Kinder Morgan's Perryton , Texas Station #102. In addition, Project included the replacement of approximately 7,000 feet of 24” pipeline crossing the Beaver River with new 26” pipe utilizing saddle bag type river weights.
